PROGRAM
Context

Today’s enterprises are navigating a constantly changing environment, both nationally and internationally. Not only do they have to adapt to increasingly complex regulations, but they also have to exploit the emergence of new technologies, while seizing on these changes as levers for strategic transformation. External changes, such as the advent of a new geopolitical landscape, climate change or the accelerated adoption of AI tools, require new practices and action plans to be put in place.

In addition, the changes that have taken place or are taking place at national level, particularly in terms of regulation (trade and labour regulations), reflect a new economic approach. The challenge now is to know how to adapt to these changes with agility, while seizing the opportunities they offer and using them as catalysts to accelerate business development and growth.
